"Azerikimya" announces an open competition (31013-24) purchase of direct current rectifier for "Ethylene-Polyethylene" plant of "Azerikimya" Production Union
Documents to be submitted for participation in the competition:
Application for participation in the competition (attached);
Bank receipt on payment of the participation fee (the number of the competition and the full name of the bidder shall be specified);
Bid.
Application for participation in the competition (signed and sealed) and the bank receipt on payment for participation fee shall be submitted in Azerbaijani, Russian or English languages no later than 18.06.2024, 17:50 by Baku time, to the address of the Purchasing organization specified in the notice. Late payment and apply will not be considered.
The electronic copies of the required documents (except the bid) may be sent to the e-mail address of the contact person specified in the notice. In this case, the originals of the documents shall be submitted to the Purchasing Organization until the last day of submission of the bids.
The deadline for submission of the bids:
An original and two copies of the bid shall submitted to the Purchasing Organization before 25.06.2024, 10:30 by Baku time. The bids must be prepared and submitted separately, consisting of financial and technical proposals. On the mentioned day technical proposals will be accepted separately and the financial proposal will be accepted in separate envelopes. The bids will be opened in two stages. The technical proposals will be evaluated first. Financial proposals will be retained by the Procuring Entity during the technical proposals review. Upon completion of the technical evaluation, the bidders will be invited to the appropriate time by the bidding organization, the bidders who submitted the bidding proposals that do not meet the technical requirements will be returned unopened, and successful bidders' proposals will be announced only after presentation of bid bond. Bidders' proposals, which submitted the technical and financial proposals in the same envelope, will not be accepted.
The power of attorney must be submitted by the Bidder's representatives submitting or withdrawing the Bid, and must be present on the identity document.
Bidders' representatives must arrive at the Procuring Entity at least half an hour in advance to register.
Proposals submitted after the specified date and time will be returned without opening envelopes.
The name of the representative of the company must be indicated in the letter of request for a bid to secure the bidder's entry into the office building.
Subsequent changes to the person representing the bidder will not be accepted.
Late bids will be rejected without opening.
At least 1 years of work experience in the supply of similar goods. (Minimum 1 years of distribution experience if it is not a manufacturer)

All those wishing to acquire tender documents (in electronic or print) can receive them in Azerbaijani, English or Russian languages from the contact person by sending (by e-mail or hard copy) bank receipt about fee payment and filled application.
Mentioned documents shall be sent and recieved no later than date specified in paragraph I during work day from 09:00 a.m. to 17:30 p.m.
Participation fee is 45.00 AZN (VAT included) or an equivalent amount in any other freely convertible currency and shall be payed to the below-mentioned bank account of Purchasing Organization:
