I. Overview of the Tender Project and Object of the Tender
Project Name: ROVISION OF HCL 
Description: Anton Oilfield Services DMCC is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company who can provide HCL 
Object of the Tender: PROVISION OF HCL 
Technical Requirements: HCL( Concentration：31%~33%SO42-≤0.1%,Feion≤0.01%)
Place of Delivery: DDP to EBS and Bagdad Area or HAFAYA or WQ2 and Basra Area
Contract Duration: 1 year .
Bid Closing Date: No later than 17:00 Iraq time, DEC 2th, 2024 
Bid Submission: Bidding documents shall be submitted electronically (stamped scanned copies and WORD/EXCEL files).
Note: 
Lot1 DDP to EBS and Bagdad Area:
Bid rejection:
1.can't coordinate the local relations (for example, with the local landlord forces and the police);
2.It does not have the ability to guarantee a large amount of hydrochloric acid supply at one time and the timeliness of delivery;
Lot2 DDP to HAFAYA:
Bid rejection:
There is no tanker for transporting hydrochloric acid, and only IBC barrels can be provided for transportation.
Lot3 DDP to WQ2 and Basra Area:
Bid rejection:
1.After the arrival of the goods do not accept our random sampling test;
2.The received quantity is not subject to the actual measured received quantity.
Bidder may select one or two or three lots to bid.
II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
Basic Qualification Conditions for Bidders
(1) The bidder must have independent legal person status, possess the right to independently conclude contracts and the ability to perform contracts, and its business scope must meet the requirements of this project, with general taxpayer status.
(2) The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, be in good operating condition, not be under an order to suspend operations, have its property taken over, frozen, or in bankruptcy, and have no serious breaches of contract or other dishonest behaviors within the past three years.
