II. Qualifications of bidders
1. Basic conditions for bidder qualifications
(1) The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organisation registered in accordance with Indonesian law, have the ability to bear civil liability, have a business scope that meets the requirements of this project, and have the qualifications of a general taxpayer;
(2) If the registered capital is not reflected in the Indonesian business license, the bidder must provide a capital contribution certificate issued by the local industry and commerce department.
III. Time, place and method of issuing tender documents
1. Issuing time: From 20 November 2024 to 24 November 2024 (working hours 9:30-17:30).
2. Bidders are required to send their representatives to the business contact person's office in person with a letter of introduction/power of attorney with the official seal of the bidder, business license (copy), ID card of the person in charge (copy) and relevant qualification documents, or send scanned copies to the business contact person's email address to register. Bidders can purchase or collect the bidding documents only after the bidder's qualifications have been reviewed and confirmed to be qualified by the bidder.
