Eni North Africa B.V. Libyan Branch (ENI NA) wishes to verify the availability of reputable, interested and experienced vendors specialized in providing the SERVICE/ WORK relevant to the Heavy Lifting. The SERVICE/WORK to be performed by vendor is described in the Scope of work here below.
As a result of ENI NA evaluation in respect of above required services, only qualified, specialized and experienced vendors will be registered within ENI NA vendor list
Only qualified companies that have proven capability and recent experiences on supplying the required services will be considered for a potential tenders.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Loading and unloading tubular goods “Casing”;
• Provide Lifting equipment “Crane, Forklift, Wire ropes, Shackles, Slings...etc”;
• Provide equipment operators and Labours;
• Suitable organization chart with CONTRACTOR’s Representative available for COMPANY requests 24/24 and 7/7;
• One person in the on-site organization shall be designated as the person in charge of the lifting operation (referred to as PIC) and shall supervise the whole site operations.
Location of the services is COMPANY’S sites in Libya.
HSE: Bidders should pass the minimum requirement of HSE documents as per HSE appendix E.
HEALTH-SAFETY-ENVIRONMENTAL (HSE) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Vendor shall provide the following:
- Preliminary HSE Risk Assessment or Hazard Identification related subject scope
- Qualifications and trainings for:
- HSE Personnel
- Team Leaders and discipline/Trade Supervisor/Coordinator
- Vendor’s HSE statistics for each of the last 3 years with details of method of accident and incident reporting:
- Number and type of injuries
- Number of fatalities
- Total worked man-hours
- Lost time injury frequency (LTIF)
- Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR)
- Preliminary list of PPE intended to be used with relevant certification standards
Administrative Documentation
- Place of incorporation and details of the entity that will be submitting an offer in case Tender will take place, plus details of any Parent Company and Ultimate Holding Company;
- Following data from last 3 years financial accounts, even by way of declaration.
- Share capital;
- Net Assets;
- Short-term assets (current assets);
- Short-term debts (short-term liabilities);
- Turnovers.
- Number of registered employees up to date.
- Main declared activity.
- Name of the Managing Directors and of the person entitled by power of attorney to sign Contracts on behalf of your company.
- Details of any litigation, in progress or within last five (5)-years, for a prospective claim value in excess of United States Dollars, Five Hundred Thousand (US$ 500,000).
- Shareholding structure/chain, from the entity that will be submitting an offer (in case of Tender will take place) to the Ultimate Beneficial owners, possibly by providing a chart showing each level of ownership up to the Ultimate Beneficial.
OTE:Point 1 to 7 can be provided also as declaration on letter head and signed by the legal representative

Interested bidder, in case of invitation to Tender, shall identify and obtain all licenses, registrations and permits required in accordance with the Libyan Law pertaining to execution of the scope of work.
The closing date for the submission of the above mentioned documentation is fixed to July 31, 2023 at noon (Libyan time).
