2. Bidder qualification
1. Basic conditions of bidder qualification
The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organization registered in the territory in accordance with the laws of Iraq, with the ability to bear civil liabilities, the business scope meets the requirements of this project, and have the qualification of general taxpayer;
The registered capital of the bidder must be above RMB 10,000 IQD (inclusive). If the registered capital of the bidder is foreign currency, the central parity rate of the foreign exchange price on the day of bid opening shall prevail when calculating the registered capital. If the business license does not reflect the egistered capital, the investment certificate of the industrial and commercial department of the registered place shall be issued.
3. The time, place and method of the sale of the bidding documents
1. Sale date: December 2,202 4 to December 5th,2024 (8:00- -17:30).
2. The bidder shall send a person to present with the letter of introduction / power of attorney, the business license (the copy), the ID card of the agent (the copy) and the relevant qualification documents of the official seal or send the scanned copy to the email address of the business contact of the tenderer for registration. The tenderer can purchase or receive the bidding documents only after the tenderer examines and confirms the qualification of the bidder.
