Model “QJ” Mechanical Drilling Jar

The Model “QJ” Mechanical Drilling Jar is a jarring and stuck releasing tool. It integrates the up jar and down jar and can release the stuck accident occuring during drilling operation. The Drilling Jar is an ideal tool for directional well and deep well drilling. Compared with the hydraulical or hydromechanical drilling jar, the “QJ” Mechanical Drilling Jar has following advantages:

a）Quality change of hydraulic oil in the inner chamber will not influence the jarring effect due to the application of mechanical structure.

b）High pressure will not develop in inner chamber, leading to a good sealing property and greatly extending its life.

c）Upward or downward jarring load is adjusted prior to tripping in and will not change during operation, keeping a constant jarring load.

d）Except 43/4″ Drilling Jar, all others have the tapered thread, facilitating the disassembly and assembly operation.

e）The Drilling Jar has an unique structure which can accurately transmit the torque, being suitable for drilling the deviated well.
