A corresponding driver is required, and both the driver and the vehicle must have LUKOIL WQ2 safety review, driving qualifications, and visitor request form 
The crane needs to be equipped with corresponding lifting gear for unloading containers.
The vehicle needs have the pass for LUKOIL WQ-2 CPF&GTPP hydrocarbon zone.
