1. Scope of Work:
Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (COMPANY) has requirement to robust Private Cloud solution and have better maintenance for Main Production Server storage system in Jakarta and surrounding area. This future Private Cloud system will handle all critical and major business application to improve and reach our goal of near 0% downtime for SAKA business daily. Therefore, SAKA expect a high-class / world- class system and also cost effective that match with our purpose / objectives (hardware savings on space and saving power consumption).
The general scope of work shall include but not limited to the followings:
1. Private Cloud Facility & Hardware / Software Requirements
2. Backup & DRC Services
3. Managed Service
4. Link connectivity and services
5. Technical Capacity Reference
The duration of contract is for one (5) years period.
Work Location: Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited: Jakarta Office.
2. General Requirement for Registration:
Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:
1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.
2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
3. Schedule of Prequalification:
Details of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document via electronic mail at the schedule given below:

This tender process is based and refers to the Pedoman Tata Kerja SKK MIGAS No. PTK.007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revisi-05) and tender guidlines no. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0 and only qualified applicant could participate in this Prequalification.
