"Azneft" Industrial Union announces the open procurement tender No. 11090AM-23 on the principle of "Closed Envelope" in order to meet the demand of " Car washing equipment and boiler room equipment " .

Copies of the required documents ( except for the tender offer ) can be sent to the e-mail address of the contact person of the procuring organization specified in the announcement. Deadline and time for submission of tender :
One original and one copy of the tender offer must be submitted to the coordinating person of the procurement group of "Azneft" PU on 24.07.2024 .

In accordance with the 1st page of the set of basic conditions of this competition, the competition number, the name of the procurement subject , the type of offer, the words Technical or Financial offer, as well as the bidder's address and contact numbers of the representative should be written on the envelopes .
Tenders must be valid for at least 60 calendar days from the date of opening of the envelopes. The procuring organization reserves the right to reject the offer of the bidder whose offer is valid for less than 60 days, considering it non-compliant .

The participation fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
When paying the participation fee for competitions , the competition number, Lot number, full name of the applicant company must be mentioned in the payment order . 

Contract performance period:
60 days of supply of the purchase agreement it is required to be performed during the day .
90 calendar days after the goods are delivered to the buyer's address and accepted .

Guarantee of competitive offer:
Bidder's bid security is not required.
The financial institution that issued the guarantee must be accepted in the Republic of Azerbaijan and/or in international financial transactions. The procuring organization reserves the right not to accept bank guarantees that are not considered valid.
